South Charleston Location: Monday – Saturday: 10am – 4pm (Donations: 10am – 3pm), Social Service Hours: Monday – Thursday: 10am – Noon & 1pm – 3pm. Upper Kanawha Valley Social Service Hours: Monday – Thursday: 10am – Noon & 1pm – 3pm. Putnam County Location: Monday – Thursday: 9am – 1:30pm
