Project Elevate is a 55-bed residential reentry program for women, operated by the City of Denver and The Empowerment Program. Serving cisgender women, transgender women, and other participants assigned female at birth, it provides trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, mental health services, mentorship, and housing as residents transition back into the community.
